1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping:
Standard (5-8 Business Days): $10
Express (3 Business Days): $25
Local Delivery:
15 Miles Max (3-5 Days): $15
20 Miles Max (1-2 Days): $25
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
3. CANCELATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling and order please contact us immediately.
4. RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Some items such as items on sale are in eligible for returns. For more information visit thepaisleyeffect.com to view the full Return Policy.
5. DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping Carrier for the item's status.
6. DAMAGED ORDERS

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Some items may not be ideal to be shipped to PO boxes, however, shipping can be arranged with your local Post Office to accommodate larger items.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for airship may require a different shipping method.

Ecommerce Return Policy
You may return most new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or a defective item(s), etc). If you believe your products were damaged in transit, we will require that you contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your package from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (between 3 and 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process your refund request (5-10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Include pictures of the shipping box as well as the item(s) that is/are defective and we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your items from your order.
If there are any items marked final sale or in any "sale" section, those products are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange unless proven damaged in transit.
